V           HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION

Threshold Limit Value (TLV): OSHA/PEL for insoluble Mo compounds is 15 mg/m³. TLV for Mo and it’s insoluble Mo compounds (as Mo) is 10 mg/m³.

Effects of Over Exposure: Insoluble molybdenum compounds cause only transient irritation of mucous membranes. Persons with obstructive airway diseases may suffer aggravation of symptoms from Mo₂C dust. Insoluble molybdenum compounds have low oral toxicity. Not classified as a primary skin irritant. No data available on long term affects.

EYE: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes.

SKIN: Flush with soap and water.

INHALATION: Remove to fresh air.

INGESTION: Induce vomiting.
