Effects of Exposure:

 

              Irritation of the eyes, nose and throat, photophobia, headache, chills, muscle aches, anemia, difficulty breathing, lung cancer, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and emphysema.

 

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:

 

EYES: Flush with copious amounts of water for 15 minutes.

SKIN: Remove any contaminated clothing, brush material off of skin, flush with running water, wash carefully with soap and water.

INHALATION/INGESTION: Remove from exposure, seek medical attention.

Steps to Be Taken in Case Material Is Released or Spilled: Wearing respiratory protection and protective clothing, sweep up and place in properly marked container. Sweep spill area with moist sweeping compound and transfer to metal container, close container and retain for disposal. Wash spill area with scrap and water.

 

Waste Disposal Method: Disposal must be made in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
