Indium shot is manufactured by pouring molten indium through a "shot box" and into a cooling bath.  Because of the low melting point of indium, the resulting shot is teardrop shaped.  Individual shots will weigh on average from 0.3 - 0.5 grams and have length of approximately one centimeter.
